Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure colours and details displayed are accurate, however slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the handcrafted nature of our pieces. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation
An order is accepted only upon dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of stock availability or suspected fraud. Orders may be cancelled by the client within 12 hours of placement, prior to atelier processing.

Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards and select alternative payment methods. All transactions are processed by secure third-party providers.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including imagery, text, logos and design — is the intellectual property of RIAALE and may not be reproduced, distributed or used in any form without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
RIAALE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
