We want every piece to feel just right. If the fit is not quite there, we will gladly exchange it for another size — please note we do not offer refunds.

Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with all original tags attached, in their original packaging.
We exchange for a different size of the same piece — we do not offer refunds. If your size is unavailable, we will hold a credit for a future order.
Eligible: ready-to-wear pieces in original condition. Non-eligible: made-to-order garments, alterations, sale items, swimwear, intimates and accessories such as earrings.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is faulty or incorrectly fulfilled. We recommend a tracked service.
If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong piece, please email riaale75@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will resolve the matter promptly.
Email riaale75@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number, your current size and the size you would like instead.
Await confirmation of size availability and our return address. Pack the piece securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Dispatch with a tracked courier and share the tracking reference with our team.
Once received and inspected, your replacement size is dispatched. Where a size is unavailable, a credit is held against your name for a future piece.
